Having a safe environment for children within PCQ is a priority. As such, all children’s ministry programs or activities as well as people involved with these programs or activities within PCQ must be approved by Session, Presbytery or the relevant Committee.
Part of this approval includes a risk assessment for all activities, and a risk management plan for any higher risk activities. This is done in consultation with the PresSafe Safety Administrator. If an activity is deemed too high of a risk, it will not go ahead. The following table is intended to assist in determining the risk level of activities:
